Sterling silver is a silver alloy that contains 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent of other metals; it's often identified by the marking "925." For various purposes, it's preferred over pure silver, which is too soft to withstand the shaping and molding processes of creating jewelry.
Your sterling silver jewelry, unlike pure silver, requires special care as it naturally tarnishes or oxidizes over time because of an inevitable reaction with gases or substances in the air such as sulfur.
- Silver jewelry that won't be worn for a while must be sealed in a plastic or cloth bag to minimize exposure to oxygen, humidity, and damage. Do not store your sterling silver jewelry in foam or felt-lined jewelry boxes as the chemicals in these materials hasten the oxidation process. When you aren’t wearing it, if you can store it in plastic, it will stay tarnish free longer.
- Do not wear silver jewelry in water that is chlorinated and do not wear the jewelry while using household chemicals. Also, remove your jewelry when bathing.
- Don’t allow your silver jewelry to be around hair spray, hair coloring chemicals or nail chemicals.
- The best way to prevent tarnish is to wear your sterling silver jewelry as often as possible.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address you’ve indicated in the order. Please ensure the address is current, complete or accurate as there will be no refunds for orders shipped to the wrong address.
For orders outside North America, note that custom delays may happen. Although most international orders are delivered within 10 business days or less, some packages could take three weeks or more, depending on your location. Shipments to urban locations are usually delivered much faster.

Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted for exchange or refund of items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exception: The following items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your original method of payment.
Shipping Returned Merchandise
To return your product, please contact us for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning items from outside Canada, indicate "RETURNED GOOD" on the customs declaration form for the package content.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
