Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted for exchange or refund of items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Exception: The following items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Custom or personalized items
- Earrings (for sanitary reasons)
Additional non-returnable item:
- Gift cards
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your original method of payment.
Shipping Returned Merchandise
To return your product, please contact us for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning items from outside Canada, indicate "RETURNED GOOD" on the customs declaration form for the package content.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
